Supporting Surrey Heartlands CCG with service transformation.

Hampshire LIFT is pleased to be working with a great team at Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), supporting them to transform local healthcare services.

The gbpartnerships consult team, working on behalf of Hampshire LIFT, is supporting the CCG with the development of a new health and well-being centre in Staines and a new health centre in Guildford. Both developments are key to improving services for patients and improving the health and wellbeing of local residents.
