Supporting NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG to move forward with its strategic estates plans.

An important primary care feasibility study for NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG has recently been undertaken by gbpartnerships consult, working on behalf of LIFTCo Hampshire Estates Partnership.

The study evaluated the potential impact on patient access to primary care within the North and West area of Guildford as a result of the strategic intention to relocate two Guildford based general practices.

gbpartnerships consult provided the CCG with robust evidence to support community engagement activities connected to the relocation project. Consistent with current national health debate, there is considerable community interest amongst local residents to ensure patient access to primary care across Guilford is considered in detail before any change is agreed.

This project provided a robust, clear and independent assessment and evidence base which will allow the CCG to move forward with its strategic estates plans.
